That is news! Thanks Redaktor.
And thank you Ron for yet another simply beautiful song. John Lennon would have been proud to come up with this one. It really is quite an amazing gift you have. It inspires genuine gratitude in me and, I'm certain, many many others.
I was pleasantly surprised that the entire recording was available for download at the site Ian posted. I'll buy the CD though. The only problem with hunting down all of Ron's "orphans" is that there won't be any suprises left for me when Rarities II comes out! Oh well, I suppose it's worth it for the instant gratification.
By the way, I've always found a particular appreciation for Ron's lyrics when they are laid out in print. Somehow reading the words makes me feel better. So here's an early stocking stuffer for all those Sexmithophiles out there looking for something to nudge them into the holiday spirit. (And that includes Thanksgiving too!)

Something to Hold on To (At Christmas)
Peace and good will towards men
All the children are dreaming
Of a world they can believe in
At Christmas
Something to hold on to
Love yearns for love in return
Love’s the gift that keeps giving
The gift that makes life worth living
At Christmas
Something to hold on to
Something to hold on to
Every boy and every girl
Dreaming the same dream all over the world
They long to wake up to a better day
A better way
That the bells ring throughout the land
All the children are dreaming
Everyone’s a child who believes in Christmas
Something to hold on to
Something to hold
Something to hold on to
Something to hold on to
Something to hold on to
Something to hold on to
